At Axil Coffee Roasters, we want you to enjoy every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we can only accept returns on brewing equipment and accessories within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and not a perishable food item like roasted coffee beans or ground coffee.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return or exchange request to receive a return authorization.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the equipment or merchandise in its original box to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your receipt.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package to our Melbourne roastery using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
